MOSCOW. KAZINFORM - Fifteen members of the Italian national ice hockey team’s players and staff, including Head Coach Greg Ireland, have been reported to be diagnosed with positive COVID-19 cases ahead of the 2021 IIHF (the International Ice Hockey Federation) Ice Hockey World Championship, a senior official with the IIHF Council announced to DPA news agency on Monday, TASS reports. The German-based DPA news agency reported citing IIHF Council’s member Franz Reindl as saying that «15 positive COVID-19 cases were reported to be registered in the Italian national team,» and they include Italy’s Head Coach Greg Ireland.

The team responsible for a night-time high-altitude rescue of two trapped climbers in the Southern Alps has been recognised for their efforts.
The Otago Rescue Helicopter, Maritime NZ s Rescue Coordination Centre NZ (RCCNZ), the Department of Conservation Aoraki Mount Cook Alpine Rescue Team (AMCART) and Incident Management Team were awarded a Certificate of Achievement at the New Zealand Search and Rescue (NZSAR) Awards on Tuesday.
NEW DELHI: Indian Army has augmented the number of oxygen-enabled beds in its Military Hospitals and Command Hospitals combinedly from 1,800 to 4,000 and equipped its 93 per cent hospitals with own oxygen generation plants in the last six weeks, informed Army chief General MM Naravane. We have done a lot of infrastructural augmentation in the last six months. We have increased the number of oxygen-enabled beds to 4,000 from 1,800 in our Military Hospitals and Command Hospitals combinedly, Naravane told ANI. We have also augmented the number of oxygen storage plants from 24 to 42 in them. 93 per cent of the hospitals now have their own oxygen generation plants also, Naravane added.
